【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61223appliestotheeffectivenessofmammographicX-RAYEQUIPMENT,withrespecttoimagequalityanddose,incombinationwithaspectsofEQUIPMENTsafety.ThisstandardappliestomammographicX-RAYEQUIPMENTandMAMMOGRAPHICSTEREOTACTICDEVICES.ThetestsdescribedinthisstandardrequirethequalityandperformanceoftheX-RAYIMAGERECEPTORStobeassuredpriortotheacceptancetestingwhentheyarenotanintegralpartofthemammographicX-RAYEQUIPMENT.ThisincludesRADIOGRAPHICFILMS,INTENSIFYINGSCREENS,RADIOGRAPHICCASSETTES,storagephosphorplatesandASSOCIATEDEQUIPMENTsuchasfilmprocessorsorstoragephosphorplatereaders,IMAGEDISPLAYDEVICESandHARDCOPYCAMERAS.FortestingRADIOGRAPHICCASSETTESandINTENSIFYINGSCREENS,thisstandardmakesreferencetoISO4090.Sensitivityandcontrastforthescreen-filmimagereceptorsareconsideredtobestatedaccordingtoISO9236-3.WhentheresultsoftheACCEPTANCETESTareincompliancewiththeexpectedvalues,thebaselinevaluesforthesubsequentCONSTANCYTESTSareestablished.ThispartofIEC61223definesa)theessentialparameterswhichdescribetheperformanceoftheabove-mentionedmammographicX-RAYEQUIPMENTwithregardtoimagequalityanddose;andb)themethodsoftestingwhethermeasuredquantitiesrelatedtothoseparameterscomplywithspecifiedtolerances.Thesemethodsmainlyrelyonnon-invasivemeasurementsthatuseappropriatetestEQUIPMENTandareperformedduringoraftertheinstallation.SignedstatementscoveringstepsintheinstallationprocedurecanbeusedaspartoftheACCEPTANCETEST.Testsrequiredbyahigherlevelofcompliancetakeprecedenceoversimilartestswithalowerlevelofcompliance.Thisconceptisdescribedin4.1.Thisstandarddoesnotinitselfspecifylimitingvaluesortolerancesfortheparametersunderinvestigation.Adifficultymayarisewithregardtotheresponsibilityforacceptancetestingwhenthefilm/screencombination,filmprocessingchemistryorcomputedradiographysystemischanged.Thisarisesfromacombinationofcauses.Firstly,theimagereceptorMANUFACTURERandtheX-RAYEQUIPMENTMANUFACTURERmaybedifferent.Secondlyachangeinimagereceptororfilmprocessingchemistrymayalterthesystemperformance.Whensystemintegrationsuchastheaboveoccurs,itisimportantthatacceptancetestingisperformed.Whenachangeoccurswhichcouldaltersystemperformance,itisessentialthatthesystemintegrator(i.e.whoeverisresponsibleforthischange)discussestheimplicationoftheirchangewiththeX-RAYEQUIPMENTMANUFACTURERsothatthelattercanadjusttheimagingsystemifnecessary.
