【摘要】:1.1DescriptionofthemachineThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoroadheaders,continuousminersandimpactrippers,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Thisstandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletoroadheaders,continuousminersandimpactrippersusedintunnellingandundergroundmining.Certainassociatedmattersarenotincludedinthescopeofthisstandard:-thesupplyofelectricityuptothemachine;-theprovisionofacaborsimilaraccommodationforanoperator;-ancillarytoolsandequipmentusedfor,atoronthemachine;-equipmentforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;-anymethodformonitoringgasesintheatmosphereofthetunnelorotherworkplace;-themethodofcalculationofthedesignofanypartdescribedortheverificationofthis;-loadingandtransportequipmentwhichisnotanintegralpartofthemachine;-electromagneticcompatibility;-pressurevessels.NOTE1Directive94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.NOTE2prEN1710“Equipmentandcomponentsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheresinmines”iscurrentlyunderpreparationinCEN/TC305.1.2Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoroadheaders,continuousminersandimpactrippers,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Thisstandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.1.3ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
