【摘要】:Thissafetyspecificationcoversthecomponents,theassembly,andtheuseofconsumertrampolines.Thisspecificationisdelimitedinitsapplicationtotrampolinesof(1)aminimumbedsizeof3300in.(21300cm),(2)aminimumheightof20in.(51cm),(3)intendedforthepurposeofcontinuous,verticaljumpingactivitiesand(4)intendedforconsumeruse.Thisspecificationisintendedtoreducethedemonstratedhazardsassociatedwiththeuseoftrampolinesbyconsumers.Trampolinesprimarilyusedbyconsumersareinhomeenvironments.Thisspecificationisnotintendedtoapplytoinstitutionaltrampolines.Trampolinesthatadheretothisspecificationarenotrecommendedforusebychildrenundersixyearsofage.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthehazardsassociatedwithtrampolines.Thestandard'sexistencealonewillnotnecessarilypreventinjuries.Likeotherphysicalactivities,trampolineuseinvolvestheriskofinjury,particularlyiftheequipmentisusedimproperly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Thisspecificationincludesthefollowingsectionsandselectedsubsections.
