【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62216specifiesthebaselinereceiverfortheDVB-Tsystem.Itconcerns:·broadcasters,and·receivermanufacturers.Theobjectiveistodefine:·howtoprovidebroadcaststhatareunderstoodbyallreceiversandenablereceiverstoprovidegoodfacilitiestotheirusers;·thebehaviourrequiredfromreceiverstoworkwellwiththesebroadcastsandtobeattractivetoconsumers.Toavoiddoubt,thewords"shall","should"etc.areusedinthetraditionalwaytodistinguishissuesthatareimportantversusthosethatareoptional.Theterm"shall"isalsousedtoidentifymandatoryrequirementsthatareinheritedfromotherspecificationsthathavegreaterforce.Thisspecificationdoesnotconsiderinteractiveapplicationsandthedatabroadcastingthatwouldsupportthem.SubtitlingandteletextareconsideredtobecomponentsofTVservices.Standaloneteletextservicesarenotpartofthisstandard.Thisspecificationprimarilyaddressesterrestrialdeliveryofdigitaltransmissions.ThisspecificationprimarilyaddressesdeploymentincountriesthatuseEuropeanLatinscriptbasedlanguages.
