【摘要】:ThispartofISO1940givesspecificationsforrotorsinaconstant(rigid)state.Itspecifiesa)balancetolerances,b)thenecessarynumberofcorrectionplanes,andc)methodsforverifyingtheresidualunbalance.Recommendationsarealsogivenconcerningthebalancequalityrequirementsforrotorsinaconstant(rigid)state,accordingtotheirmachinerytypeandmaximumservicespeed.Theserecommendationsarebasedonworldwideexperience.ThispartofISO1940isalsointendedtofacilitatetherelationshipbetweenthemanufactureranduserofrotatingmachines,bystatingacceptancecriteriafortheverificationofresidualunbalances.DetailedconsiderationoferrorsassociatedwithbalancingandverificationofresidualunbalancearegiveninISO1940-2.ThispartofISO1940doesnotcoverrotorsinaflexiblestate.ThebalancequalityrequirementsforrotorsinaflexiblestatearecoveredbyISO11342.
